Abstract

Structural and normative critique of the performance of the police force in this regard has a very special place that reaching solutions to solve these problems is the main purpose of this study. Structurally, many factors can cause the performance of the police force in line with Protecting the rights of citizens is facing many problems. In this regard, poor management, poor execution of the mission, poor fitness in urban environments, trafficking and bribery have an important and special place to study these problems and provide solutions in To solve it, it can help the police force. In this regard, the issue of supervision and management system has a special place that we can hope that with its proper implementation, many structural functions of the police force in dealing with citizens will be improved. .
