Holding Marriage contacts using metaphorical forms (Comparative jurisprudence study)

This research will shed light on the issue of contracting  marriage using metaphorical forms or metaphoric formulae. the researcher attempts to discuss the opinions of the jurists on the issue, then infer each opinion from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and other Islamic sources. Then the researcher will balance this evidences and compare them according to the rules of weighting in Comparative jurisprudence. The researcher will discuss in detail the role of the objectives of Sharia in this issue in order to arrive to the most appropriate opinion for our time.
